Who may use CerveioAI

You must be at least 13 to hold an account. You must be at least 18 to become a Creator or to take part in monetization. Both boundaries are enforced when you try to do the thing, not merely stated here.

If you are between 13 and 17, your account is restricted: adult-only features are refused. CerveioAI does not currently offer a parent or legal-guardian authorization pathway, so features that would require one are unavailable rather than available on request.

A date of birth is required when you create an account. Changing it in a way that would cross an eligibility boundary is not a self-service edit — see the Privacy Policy for what CerveioAI records.

Your account

Keep your credentials to yourself and tell us promptly if you believe someone else has used your account. You are responsible for what happens under it.

CerveioAI may restrict, suspend or close an account for a breach of these terms, for safety reasons, or where required by law. Where it is reasonable to do so, you will be told why and how to ask for a review.

Your content and your Knowledge Library

What you upload stays yours. You give CerveioAI the permission it needs to store it, process it and show it to the people you have chosen to show it to — and nothing beyond that.

A file you put in your Knowledge Library is knowledge content. It is not likeness material, and uploading a photo or a video of yourself there does not create a Digital Human or grant anyone permission to render your face.

Voice, likeness and Digital Humans

Three separate things must be true before your likeness is shown to anyone, and each is asked separately:

1. Uploading is not approving. An uploaded asset is checked and held for your review.
2. Approving is not authorizing. You approve what the asset is; that is not permission to publish it.
3. Authorization is asked every single time. Permission is checked on every request, so withdrawing it takes effect on the next one.

Possessing someone’s photo, video, voice or personal details is never authorization to create or publish a Digital Human of them. Do not upload another person’s likeness or voice without their genuine, documented authorization.

CerveioAI does not build voice clones from samples. Where synthetic speech is used, it uses a voice the provider already holds.

AI disclosure

A Digital Human is an AI system built from what a Creator chose to teach it. It is not that person, it is not speaking live, and it can be wrong. Treat what it says as information from a Creator’s material, not as professional advice.

Payments and subscriptions

Payments are not live yet. No payment provider is connected in this release, so no charge is taken and no subscription is billed.

When payments are enabled, a payment processor will handle your card details. Cerveio AI LLC does not store your card number, and no part of this system is built to.

Creator earnings and payouts

The intended framework: eligible Creator payouts are processed monthly, with a $50.00 minimum. A balance below $50.00 rolls forward to the next period rather than being lost.

No payout run exists yet, so no specific payout date is promised. Earnings may also be adjusted or withheld for refunds, chargebacks, disputes, suspected fraud, a negative balance, a processor or legal hold, incorrect payout details, or unmet tax or identity requirements.

Copyright, and reporting a rights problem

If you believe content on CerveioAI infringes your copyright, or uses your voice or likeness without authorization, write to Cerveioai@gmail.com. Repeat infringers lose access.

DMCA status: Cerveio AI LLC’s U.S. Copyright Office Designated Agent registration is pending. CerveioAI does not claim to have a registered Designated Agent, does not claim certification by the Copyright Office, and does not claim to qualify for any particular DMCA safe harbour at this time.

Limitation of liability

Cerveio AI LLC’s total liability to you is limited to $100.00.

This limit does not apply where the law does not allow it to. Some rights cannot be waived or limited, and nothing here attempts to override them. Which limits apply to you depends on where you live — a question for counsel, not for this page.

Data, retention and deletion

What CerveioAI collects, how long it keeps it, and how to have it deleted are set out in the Privacy Policy. Where a retention period there is marked proposed, it is a target that has not yet been fully reconciled with the system’s actual deletion behaviour, and it is labelled rather than presented as a promise.

Who decides things at CerveioAI

Business decisions — who is admitted, approved, restricted, suspended or restored; what is published; pricing and payout policy; safety calls — rest with the Owner/Founder, Joe Baker, and anyone he expressly authorizes. Administrative actions are authenticated and recorded in an audit trail. CerveioAI does not yet separate an Owner tier from an administrator tier in software, so administrator accounts currently share one level of access; narrowing that to per-designee permissions is planned and is not yet in place.

Beta

CerveioAI is in closed beta. Features change, break and disappear. Do not rely on it as the only copy of anything you care about.
